[origin: WO2018002541A1] The invention relates to a device (DV3) for detecting a cardiac rhythm disturbance in a subject, comprising a channel (CH1) for acquiring a photoplethysmographic signal (S1) and at least one channel (CH2) for acquiring an electrocardiographic signal (S2). A processor (P3) is configured to detect a disturbance in the cardiac rhythm in the photoplethysmographic signal (S1) and in the electrocardiographic signal (S2).
