[origin: CA3022130A1] A method of manufacturing wall elements for buildings, wherein cross laminated timber panels of a specific width and length are stocked in a store, and wherein the panels are sawed up transversely to the longitudinal direction to obtain cross laminated timber panels of the same width and smaller length, wherein a plurality of panels are placed onto a conveying track transversely to the direction of running, and indeed such that the panels are flush at the top and bottom and the side edges of consecutive panels contact one another; in that the panels on the conveying track are connected along the contacting longitudinal sides to form a cross laminated timber apron; and in that the apron is sawed up transversely to the direction of running of the conveying track to obtain cross laminated timber boards of a defined width.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Wandbauteilen für Gebäude, wobei Brettsperrholzpaneele einer bestimmten Breite und Länge in einem Magazin vorgehalten werden, wobei die Paneele quer zur Längsrichtung zersägt werden, um Brettsperrholztafeln derselben Breite und geringerer Länge zu erhalten, wobei mehrere Tafeln quer zur Laufrichtung auf eine Förderbahn gelegt werden, und zwar so, dass die Tafeln oben und unten bündig sind und die Seitenkanten aufeinanderfolgender Tafeln einander berühren, wobei die Tafeln auf der Förderbahn entlang der anliegenden Längsseiten zu einem Brettsperrholzteppich verbunden werden, und wobei dass der Teppich quer zur Laufrichtung der Förderbahn zersägt wird, um Brettsperrholzplatten einer definierten Breite zu erhalten.
