A first drain region (27) is provided on a side of an end portion (22a) of the fin (21), and a second drain region (29) is provided on a side of an end portion (22b). An outer wall lower surface (33) of a heat transfer tube (31) is located substantially horizontally. A first outer wall upper surface (35) of the heat transfer tube (31) slopes down at a first angle of inclination (¸1) from an end portion (36) toward the first drain region (27). A second outer wall upper surface (37) of the heat transfer tube (31) slopes down at a second angle of inclination (¸2) from the end portion (36) toward the second drain region (29).
