[origin: WO2018007074A1] The invention relates to an electromagnetic actuating device (1), comprising a drive unit (28) with an electric coil (13) for generating a magnetic field and an armature (10), which is activated by the magnetic field generated by the coil (13), a chamber (27, 52) through which a fluid flows, and an actuating element (29), which can control or regulate the fluid flowing through the chamber (27, 52) and which is driven by the drive unit (28). According to the invention, the coil (13) is produced from a hollow conductor and a coolant line (15) is provided, which is connected to the coil and through which part of the fluid flowing through the chamber (27, 52) can be fed to the coil (13), in order to cool same.
