[origin: WO2019091823A1] The invention relates to an abrasive disk (2) comprising at least one layer (17, 16, 18) in which abrasive centre punches are embedded. A sensor (22) for detecting an original periphery (20) of the abrasive disk (2), which has been modified by wear, is embedded in one layer (25). The sensor (225) has at least one closed conductor loop (23) which is arranged within a radial distance (27) from the original periphery (20) such that, when the wear of the original periphery (20) exceeds the radial distance (27), the conductor loop (23) is interrupted. A transponder (15) emits a radio signal that indicates whether the conductor loop (23) is closed or interrupted.

Eine abrasive Scheibe 2 hat ein oder mehreren Lagen 17, 16, 18, in welche abrasive Körner eingebettet sind. In einer Lage 25 ist Sensor 22 zum Erfassen eines durch Abnutzung veränderten ursprünglichen Umfangs 20 der abrasiven Scheibe 2 eingebettet. Der Sensor 22 hat wenigstens eine geschlossene Leiterschleife 23, die in einem radialen Abstand 27 zu dem ursprünglichen Umfang 20 derart angeordnet ist, dass bei einer Abnutzung des ursprünglichen Umfangs 20 um mehr als den radialen Abstand 27 die Leiterschleife 23 unterbrochen ist. Ein Transponder 15 gibt ein Funksignal indikativ für ob die Leiterschleife 23 geschlossen oder unterbrochen ist aus.
