Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2018011089A1] What is described is a safeguard for a structural element (12), for example for a window (12) equipped with a fall safeguard (14), on a building (10). The safeguard takes the form of an anchor plate (20; 120; 220; 320) which can be inserted between the structural element (12) and building reveal (10), which anchor plate forms a supporting point (22-1, 22-2; 122) for a securing bolt (16), which is anchored in a structural element frame (12) on the one hand and in the building reveal (10) on the other hand, and can be fixed to the building reveal (10) by means of at least one further fastening screw (24). To improve handling during mounting and to ensure an improved load-bearing capacity even with an unstable building substance, the supporting point (22-1, 22-2; 122) is formed from the bottom of a slot-like opening (26-1, 26-2; 126; 226-1, 226-2; 326-1, 326-2), which preferably receives the securing bolt (16) in a form-fitting manner, in a tension leg (28; 128; 228; 328) of the anchor plate (20; 120; 220; 320). Thus, with the structural element frame (12) inserted, the anchor plate (20; 120; 220; 320) can be hooked into the securing bolt (16).
