The heat sticks are used in thermal noncombustible products in a tobaccom processing industry. The method according to the invention comprises the following steps of dividing tobacco strips to be crushed; sprinking the divided and crushed tobacco strips to a sucking type conveyor (14,14') for obtaining strips (22,22'), forming in a specification device (20) and packaging the strips (22,22') by a packaging material; and cutting the strips (22,22') to the heat sticks (23,23') with n times of use lengths, wherein nis a natural number.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Heat Sticks (23, 23'), die zur Verwendung in Heat-not-Burn-Produkten der Tabak verarbeitenden Industrie vorgesehen sind. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren weist die folgenden Verfahrensschritte auf: - Vereinzeln von zerkleinerter Tabakfolie, - Aufschauern der vereinzelten und zerkleinerten Tabakfolie auf einen Saugstrangförderer (14, 14'), so dass sich ein Strang (22, 22') ergibt, - Formen und Umhüllen des Strangs (22, 22') mit einem Umhüllungsmaterial in einer Formatvorrichtung (20) und - Ablängen des Strangs (22, 22') in Heat Sticks (23, 23') einer n-fachen Gebrauchslänge, wobei n eine natürliche Zahl ist.
