[origin: EP3493609A1] Embodiments of the present application provide wireless communication method and device, which can obtaining a determination of a signal quality of a cell according to a measurement result of at least one synchronization signal block of a plurality of synchronization signal blocks transmitted in the cell, thereby realizing a judgment of the signal quality of the cell in a 5G system. The method includes: performing, by a terminal device, measurement on at least one synchronization signal block of a plurality of synchronization signal blocks transmitted in a first cell; determining, by the terminal device, a signal quality corresponding to the first cell according to a measurement result.
