Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2018028940A1] A tamper-evident closure (10) is provided and comprises a base (15) and a lid (20). The closure comprises a tamper-evident member (105) for indicating if the closure has been opened. The tamper-evident member comprises a first part which is connected to one of the base and lid and a second part which is frangibly connected to the first part and which in a closed position engages the other of the base and lid to prevent opening of the closure. In this way the first part must be separated from the second part to allow the closure to open.
