Abstract (en)

[origin: EP3498477A1] This application discloses an ink cartridge chip, an ink cartridge, and an ink-jet printer. The ink cartridge chip is configured to electrically connect to contact pins in an installation portion, an accommodation groove is provided on the ink cartridge chip, and contact portions configured to come into contact with the contact pins are disposed in the accommodation groove. According to the ink cartridge chip, the ink cartridge, and the ink-jet printer provided in the present invention, an accommodation groove that can accommodate contact pins is provided on the ink cartridge chip, and at least two inner contact portions configured to come into contact with the contact pins are disposed in the accommodation groove, to avoid that during installation of the ink cartridge chip, if the chip deviates, the contact pin may not slide into a notch, easily causing cases of poor contact of the chip and damage to (bending of) the contact pin, and ensure stable and effective contact between the ink cartridge chip and the contact pin, thereby improving use stability and reliability of the ink cartridge chip, and facilitating market promotion and application.
