The said device comprises at least two pairs of fixed contacts (19 to 24), each pair comprising two fixed contacts of an upstream terminal (11 to 14) and a downstream terminal (15 to 18) of the device, which are respectively and electrically connected to each other; and a bridge (25 to 27)of two movable contacts, which is movable between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the bridge is electrically connected to the two fixed contacts. In the second position,the flow of current between the two fixed contacts is interrupted, wherein one pair of fixed contacts and their associated movable contacts bridge are on the line (8, 9, 10) of the transmission phase, and the other pair of fixed contacts and their associated movable contacts bridge on the line (7) of the transmission neutral. The apparatus is characterized in that the electrical connection between the two terminals (11, 15) on the neutral line (7) is a permanent connection.

La présente invention concerne un appareil électrique destiné à établir ou interrompre le courant dans un circuit électrique, ledit appareil comportant au moins deux paires de contacts fixes (19 à 24), chaque paire comportant deux contacts fixes reliés électriquement respectivement à une borne amont (11 à 14) et à une borne aval (15 à 18) de l'appareil, et associée à cette paire de contacts fixes, un pont de deux contacts mobiles (25 à 27) apte à être déplacé entre une première position dans laquelle il relie électriquement ces deux contacts fixes, et une seconde position dans laquelle la circulation du courant entre ces deux contacts fixes est interrompue, l'une des paires de contacts fixes et son pont de contacts mobiles associé étant sur une ligne véhiculant une phase (8,9,10), l'autre ou une autre des paires de contacts fixes et son pont de contacts mobiles associé étant sur une ligne (7) véhiculant le neutre. Cet appareil est caractérisé en ce que la liaison électrique entre les deux bornes (11,15) situées sur la ligne de neutre (7) est une liaison permanente.
