Abstract (en)
The present invention relates to a cooling and ventilation device, a cooling hat, cooling shoes, and a cooling backpack. The cooling and ventilation device comprises an outer housing, a ventilation component, a thermally conductive rack, and a cooling component. An air inlet and an air outlet are defined at two ends of the outer housing, respectively. The ventilation component is provided at a position of the air inlet, for blowing air into the outer housing. The thermally conductive rack is provided inside the outer housing. The cooling component comprises a semiconductor cooling sheet and a thermally conductive film, the semiconductor cooling sheet being provided on the thermally conductive rack, and the thermally conductive film being attached onto a side face of the semiconductor cooling sheet away from the thermally conductive rack. When the semiconductor cooling sheet of the above cooling and ventilation device is powered on, a side of the semiconductor cooling sheet connected to the thermally conductive film is a cooling end, heat in air entering from the external environment can be absorbed by the thermally conductive rack in a rapid and timely manner, furthermore, a cooling operation is performed for the air entering from the external environment in a rapid and timely manner, ensuring that an air flow discharging through the air outlet is a cold air flow.
