The anchoring means () comprise a plurality of fastening elements each of which has a plug () adapted to be fixed in the outer wall () of the building and a pin () that can be inserted in the plug () to protrude from the external wall (), the pin () being adapted to make a corresponding hole in the multilayer coating () upon application by pressure of this latter on the fastening elements.
