[origin: WO2018001399A1] The invention relates to a head support designed as a one-piece symmetrical shaped body, which basically has an X shape with a central middle part from which diagonally opposite arms extend outwards. The head support moreover comprises a neck band, which keeps the head support in its position between the chin and the upper chest region of the person wearing the head support. The head support is easy to handle, and its X shape affords various advantages. These include the adaptation of said head support, on the person's body, to two different support heights.
