Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2018042134A1] The invention relates to a compressible ejection element (8) for a cutting tool (1) for a cardboard-cutting machine (3) of the flat or rotary press type. The tool (1) comprises at least one blade (6) and at least one compressible ejection element (8) positioned near the blade and configured to push the cardboard away after it has been cut by the blade. The compressible ejection element (8) comprises a multilayer structure comprising at least one base (12) made of compressible foam and a protective film (13) that comes into contact with the cardboard during the cutting operation. The invention also relates to the machine (3) equipped with such a tool (1).
