Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2018014887A1] A frog with trimmed cast of the mono-block (1) non-detachably connected on one side of the frog in front of the cast beginning (2) with two pieces of connection rails (3) and - on the other side - with non-detachably connected tip rails (4), while the trimmed cast of the mono-block (1) is non-detachably connected in the place of the widest part of the mono-block (1) cast (5) with tip rails (4), while the double-sided wing rails (7) making the groove run-outs (6) from the mono- block cast (1) are detachably connected with the part of the mono-block cast (1) by high-strength screws (8) and with the part of rails (4) by high-strength screws (8.1) via inserts (9), characterised by the fact that in the area of wing rails (7) connection (10) the footings (11) of the mono-block cast (1) are extended by inner smooth transitions (17) with the length „c= minimally 100 mm" from the inner side wall (1.5) of the mono-block cast (1) with the dimension of „a= minimally 35 mm" and outer smooth transitions (16) with the length „c= minimally 100 mm" from the outer side wall (12) of the mono-block cast (1) with the dimension „b= minimally 70 mm" while preserving the footing thickness of "d= minimally 14mm" in the place of connection (10).
