[origin: WO2014009617A2] The invention relates to a system for managing the unlocking of a device for identifying a commercial item which comprises at least two elements capable of assuming a locked position in which they enclose the article between them, and an unlocked position. The system comprises a device for unlocking the identification device, means for preventing unlocking, which are activated, and decision means for deciding whether to deactivate or not deactivate said means for preventing unlocking. The decision means are capable of deciding on the basis of the identification or lack of identification of the association of the identification device and the commercial item to which said device is attached.

L'invention est relative à un système de gestion du déverrouillage d'un dispositif d'identification d'un article commercial qui comprend au moins deux éléments susceptibles d'occuper une position verrouillée dans laquelle ils emprisonnent entre eux l'article et une position non verrouillée. Le système comprend un dispositif de déverrouillage du dispositif d'identification, des moyens d'empêchement du déverrouillage qui sont activés et des moyens de décision de désactivation ou de non désactivation desdits moyens d'empêchement du déverrouillage. Les moyens de décision sont aptes à décider en fonction de l'identification ou de l'absence d'identification de l'association du dispositif d'identification et de l'article commercial auquel ledit dispositif est fixé.
