[origin: US10501903B2] A compactor roller includes a roller jacket, at least one roller disk connected to the roller jacket, and a reinforcing arrangement with a reinforcing ring connected to the roller jacket and a reinforcing structural group connected to the roller disk and the reinforcing ring, the reinforcing structural group including: (i) at least one first reinforcing plate arranged eccentrically and connected to the roller disk and to the reinforcing ring, and a second reinforcing plate connected to the roller disk and arranged substantially parallel to the at least one first reinforcing plate, the second reinforcing plate intersecting a rotary roller axis, or (ii) reinforcing struts connected to the roller disk and to the reinforcing ring and arranged around the rotary roller axis, at least one of the reinforcing struts arranged with a longitudinal strut axis which is not parallel to the rotary roller axis.

Eine Verdichterwalze, insbesondere für einen Bodenverdichter mit wenigstens einer in Richtung einer Walzendrehachse geteilten Walze, umfasst einen eine Walzendrehachse (A) umgebenden und in Richtung der Walzendrehachse (A) langgestreckten Walzenmantel (12) und in dem vom dem Walzenmantel (12) umgebenen Walzeninnenraum (14) wenigstens eine mit dem Walzenmantel (12) an seiner Innenumfangsfläche (26) verbundene Walzenscheibe (18), wobei- in Zuordnung zu der Walzenscheibe (18) eine Versteifungsanordnung (28) mit einem im Walzeninnenraum (14) in axialem Abstand zu der Walzenscheibe (18) angeordneten, mit dem Walzenmantel (12) an seiner Innenumfangsfläche (26) verbundenen Versteifungsring (30) und einer mit der Walzenscheibe (18) und dem Versteifungsring (30) verbundenen Versteifungsbaugruppe (44) vorgesehen ist, und- die Versteifungsbaugruppe (44) wenigstens eine bezüglich der Walzendrehachse (A) exzentrisch angeordnete erste Versteifungsplatte (46) umfasst, wobei die wenigstens eine erste Versteifungsplatte (46) in einem ersten axialen Endbereich (48) mit der Walzenscheibe (18) verbunden ist und in einem zweiten axialen Endbereich (54) mit dem Versteifungsring (30) verbunden ist.
