[origin: WO2018059786A1] Hair treatment products comprising, in relation to its weight, 0.001 to 20 % by weight of at least one alpha-substituted aldehyde and 0.001 to 20 % by weight of at least one proteolipid of formula (II) R´-X-R´´, in which R´ represents a straight-chain or branched, saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon radical having 11 to 24 carbon atoms, R'' represents a protein, a peptide or a protein hydrolysate, X represents –C(O)O- or –N+(RIII 2)-RIV– or –N(RIII)RIV- or –C(O)-N(RV)RV I-, RIII represents –(CH2)x-CH3 wherein x = 0 – 22 and RIV represents –CH2-CH(OH)-CH2- or –(CH2)x- wherein x = 0 – 22; RV and RVI represent independently from each other –H or –(CH2)x-CH3 wherein x = 0 – 22; with the proviso that R'' represents keratin or a keratin hydrolysate if X represents -C(O)O-, which lead to improved structural reinforcement of keratin fibres and improved hair care, and which reduce or prevent colour washout in dyed hair.
