[origin: WO2018059922A1] The present invention relates to a film-coated swallowable tablet comprising deferasirox in an amount of at least 60% by weight based on the total weight of the tablet and poloxamer, wherein the weight ratio of deferasirox to poloxamer is at least 1:0.002. The invention further relates to the use of said tablet as medicament in the treatment of chronic iron overload.
