[origin: WO2018017007A1] The present invention concerns a method to provide, by means of tool, loosening of a bolt or a nut from a bolt joint or to provide abutment force to the distal end of bolt joints in the application of the bolt joint. According to the invention, an at least three-part tool (4) is used, which comprises movably actuatable locking and wedge elements as well as a central turnable frame part and turnable sleeves surrounding the same. The frame part and the turnable sleeves are provided with threads. The tool (4) is actuated by torsional force (10) whereby pressing (1 1 ), clamping (12), as well as pulling (13) force are provided for the unscrewing or tightening of the bolt (31 ) or the nut (32) at the bolt joint (33) in question.
