The inlet tube (62) has an inlet (66) which extends in a first depth direction (86) and in a first width direction (88), and the outlet tube (64) has an outlet (70) with a depth (T2) in a second depth direction (90) and a width (B2) in a second width direction (92). The first depth direction (86) and the second depth direction (90) are parallel to each other, and the first width direction (88) and the second width direction (92) are transverse to each other, said width (B2) equaling at least 1.2 times the depth (T2).
