Abstract (en)

[origin: CN110195273A] The invention relates to a feeding device of a carding machine. A filling duct output device is used for supplying a fiber beam from a filling duct of the carding machine to a feeding guide pipe and is provided with a shaft and an opening roller with an axial working length. The filling duct output device is provided with a feeding roller at the upstream of the opening roller and is provided withan air supplying device. The air supplying device is provided with a fan and an air supplying guide pipe. The air supplying guide pipe has a cross section which has a width that increases in the axialdirection of the opening roller and a height that is vertical to the width. The air supplying guide pipe is composed of a first component and a second component. The second component of the air supplying guide pipe is configured at least partially tangentially with the opening roller and has a longitudinal extending part which extends from the first component in a direction of an end that faces the first component. Furthermore the longitudinal extending part at least arrives at the plane of the opening roller or exceeds the plane. The plane passes through the axis of the opening roller and isperpendicular with the lower wall which faces the opening roller.
