[origin: WO2018078274A1] The present invention relates to an individual vehicle with wheels comprising a T-shaped frame (10) with a central arm (64), a transverse arm (65) and a steering column (9), said transverse arm (65) comprising two driving wheels (3, 4) at the ends thereof. The central arm (64) is arranged to be horizontal in a rolling position, and comprises a small wheel (6) constituting a third rolling support, said vehicle further comprising two vanes (1, 2), and a propeller (12, 13), arranged to be capable of transmitting a force to the pallets (1, 2), to create an engine torque at the driving wheels (3, 4), said propeller (12, 13) comprising a direction rectifying module (13) enabling conversion of the alternating movement of the vanes (1, 2) into one continuous rotating movement of the driving wheels (3, 4).
