[origin: EP2784236A1] The structural element (1) has a metal frame (11) including a lower metal beam (10) and an upper metal beam (20) interconnected by intermediate metal beams (30). An external panel (60) and an internal panel (70) are connected to external connectors (41-46) and internal connectors (51-56), respectively, where spacers (91-96) are connected to an outer face of the internal panel. A finishing panel (100) is connected to the spacers such that the finishing panel is parallel to the internal panel, and an empty space (110) is provided between the internal panel and the finishing panel. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a floor structural element (2) a roof structural element.
