A frame assembly (12) for supporting a dial plate (10) includes a left frame (124), a right frame (126), and a telescopic assembly (125). The left frame (124) and the right frame (126) are oppositely arranged and a receiving space (121) is defined therebetween. The telescopic assembly (125) is located in the receiving space (121). The telescopic assembly (125) is connected between the left frame (124) and the right frame (126). Through telescoping of the telescopic assembly (125), a distance between the left frame (124) and the right frame (125) is variable, so as to change a dimension of the frame assembly (12). A dial plate (10) and a smart wristband are further provided. Using the frame assembly (12) in the dial plate (10) of the smart wristband not only can satisfy the requirement of dimension miniaturization but also can expand the dimension of a screen.
