The rotor (218) includes arms (262, 264, 266, 268). Clockwise dampers (272, 276) and counterclockwise dampers (274, 278) operate between the arms (262, 264, 266, 268) and pediments (228) of the flywheel (214) that are exposed in the axial/transverse damper (216).
