[origin: WO2018130479A1] The invention relates to a method for mounting and/or dismantling turbine components. According to this method, a crane (5) is fastened to a turbine casing half (3) in the area of the joint (11), and at least one component (4) such as for example a turbine blade is brought into its mounted position and/or is removed from its mounted position by means of the crane (5). For this purpose, the crane (5) has a tower (6) with a multiple section jib (7) having a plurality of segments (8), thereby allowing the components (4) to be positioned accurately for mounting/dismantling. The mobile crane (5) is connected to the turbine casing half (3) by means of an adapter (12). Said adapter (12) has a fastening pin (20) which is held in place by means of an existing through-bore in the turbine casing half (3). For the purpose of mounting the mobile crane (5), the adapter (12) has a baseplate (15). For rotational locking of the crane (5), preferably a securing element (26) is provided.
