Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2018088970A2] The system of the invention essentially consists of a rectangular advertising panel divided into two parts and pivoting about an axis located in the mid-plane thereof. Each of the parts of the panel is formed by pivoting vertical vanes, each vane comprising a portion of the advertising image that has been attached or glued thereto. The rotationally connected vanes of each part are rotated by an electric motor. The vanes of the two parts rotate in an alternating manner such that the wind can act on one or other of the parts in order to swivel same through a maximum angle of ± 45°. This swiveling movement is transformed into a continuous rotational movement. The invention comprises two shafts, one located at the top of the panel and one located at the bottom of the panel, and the continuous rotation of one of said two shafts is transmitted to a speed-increasing gear and subsequently to a low-pressure pump. The two pumps force oil from a tank located at the bottom into a hydraulic motor, which in turn drives an alternator in order to produce the electrical energy that is required to operate the two motors and to illuminate the panel if necessary, with use being made of the remaining electrical energy.
