Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2018091198A1] The invention relates to a valve assembly (10) for controlling a fluidic connection between a master brake cylinder (2) and a pedal simulator (3) of a brake system (1) for a motor vehicle. A second control valve (14) can be arranged between a first control valve (12) and a pedal simulator (3), and the second control valve (14) has first means (14a) and second means (14b) which are designed to control the flow volumes of hydraulic fluid (F) such that the flow volumes in the first flow direction (R1) are different from the flow volumes in the second flow direction (R2). The invention further relates to a brake system (1) for a motor vehicle and to a method for operating the valve assembly (10).
