[origin: WO2018095926A1] The present invention relates to methods for producing a copolymer, in particular a dispersant for solid particles, especially a dispersant for mineral binder compositions, wherein ionizable monomers m1 and sidechain-carrying monomers m2 are polymerized by nitroxide-mediated solution polymerization to a copolymer, the polymerization being carried out in the presence of an agent comprising a carboxy group-carrying and phosphorized alkoxyamine.
