Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2018100468A1] The present invention relates to a composition comprising at least one salt of alginic acid, hyaluronic acid, a natural molecule, and thickening agents. Said composition has been demonstrated to effectively counteract the discomfort caused by gastroesophageal reflux, preventing said reflux and alleviating the effects thereof on the mucosa. Indeed, the composition can also play an active role in the regeneration of tissue damaged by previous reflux.
