[origin: WO2018099619A1] The invention relates to a turbocharger having a turbine, a compressor, and a bearing housing (2), wherein the turbine has a turbine housing (1), a nozzle ring (3), and a turbine rotor. The turbocharger furthermore comprises a fastening device (5) having a first and second section (7, 9). The turbine housing (1) and the bearing housing (2) are connected via the fastening device (5) such that the fastening device (5) is mounted on the flange (6) of the turbine housing (1) by means of the first section (7) and covers the flange (10) of the bearing housing (2) at least in sections by means of the second section (9). The nozzle ring (3) is installed such that a flange (13) thereof is positioned, relative to a flow channel (24), on a side of the flow channel (24) opposite the flange (6) of the turbine housing (1). Said structure avoids trenching effects and the leakage between the turbine and bearing housing can thus be reduced.
