[origin: US2019320274A1] A dome for a hearing aid device that is insertable into an auditory canal. The dome has an inner part and a shield which is produced in one piece with the inner part. A wax guard with at least one protective element is arranged inside an opening of the dome. The protective element is flexibly turnable in a direction of insertion of the dome and counter to the direction of insertion of the dome into an auditory canal. A cleaning element, which is movable in the direction of insertion and counter to the direction of insertion of the dome, is cohesively bonded to the shield. A hearing aid device is embodied with a correspondingly configured dome.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Dome (1) für ein in einen Ohrkanal einführbares Hörhilfegerät () mit einem Innenteil (3) und mit einem mit dem Innenteil (3) einteilig gefertigten Schirm (5) mit zumindest einer Öffnung (7), wobei innerhalb der Öffnung (7) ein Cerumenschutz (9) mit zumindest einem Schutzelement (11) angeordnet ist, das in und entgegen der Einführrichtung (13) des Domes (1) in einen Ohrkanal flexibel umstülpbar ist, und wobei ein in und entgegen der Einführrichtung (13) des Domes (1) bewegliches Reinigungselement (17) stoffschlüssig mit dem Schirm (5) verbunden ist. Weiter betrifft die Erfindung ein Hörhilfegerät (2) mit einem entsprechend ausgebildeten Dome (1).
