Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2018108268A1] The invention relates to a metal-plastic composite profiled section displaying reduced deformation under temperature differences, comprising an inner profiled section (2) made of metal, an outer profiled section (3) made of metal, and an insulating profiled section (4) made of plastic, comprising: a shear-resistant connection (6) which is form-fitting in the transverse tensile direction, between said insulating profiled section and inner profiled section; and a connection which is form-fitting in the transverse tensile direction and a connection (7) that can slide in the shearing direction, between said insulating profiled section and outer profiled section. The material of said insulating profiled section (4) has a modulus of elasticity of at least 10 GPa, preferably at least 20 GPa, in order to raise the flexural rigidity of the metal-plastic composite profiled section (1). The geometry of the insulating profiled section (4) comprises at least one transverse element (9a, 9b, 9c; 14) which extends perpendicularly to the transverse tensile direction.
