Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2018108269A1] The invention relates to a metal-plastic composite profiled section displaying reduced deformation under differing internal and external temperatures, comprising an inner profiled section (2) made of metal, an outer profiled section (3) made of metal, and an insulating profiled section (4) made of plastic, comprising: a shear-resistant connection (6) which is form-fitting in the transverse tensile direction, between said insulating profiled section (4) and inner profiled section (2); and a connection which is form-fitting in the transverse tensile direction and a connection (7) that can slide in the shearing direction, between said insulating profiled section (4) and outer profiled section (3). Said metal-plastic composite profiled section additionally comprises a means for increasing flexural rigidity, said means for increasing flexural rigidity having a reinforcing profiled section (16) made of metal or a reinforcing profiled section made of GFRP or CFRP, with a modulus of elasticity of at least 20 GPa, preferably at least 40 GPa, and particularly preferred to have a modulus of elasticity of metal. The reinforcing profiled section is connected in a shear-resistant manner to the insulating profiled section (4) by means of a securing element (24) and/or an adhesion (28, 30) and/or a form-fitting connection (26).
