[origin: WO2018115692A1] The present invention relates to a brazed heat exchanger (1) comprising: – a tube (2) bundle comprising a plurality of tubes (2) arranged parallel to one another, the said tube (2) bundle comprising inserts (6) arranged between the tubes (2), – two headers (3), one header (3) being arranged at each side of the tube (2) bundle, each header (3) comprising a header plate (4), the said header plate (4) comprising orifices into which the ends of the tubes (2) are introduced, and a rim (41) forming a groove (42) intended to accept a cover (8), and – at least one reinforcing plate (10) arranged between a header plate (4) and the inserts (6), parallel to the header plate (4) and brazed against at least part of the tubes (2) of the tube (2) bundle and the said header plate (4), the at least one reinforcing plate (10) comprising a lateral wall (101) extending towards the header plate (4) and at least partially covering the rim (41) of the header plate (4), the said lateral wall (101) being brazed against the said rim (41) of the header plate (4) so as to attach the reinforcing plate (10) to the header plate (4).
