[origin: WO2018119323A1] Oral pharmaceutical compositions which include an extended-release multi-particulate comprising an effective amount of droxidopa, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a release-controlling agent are disclosed. The compositions can be in the form of a ready-to-use suspension or a solid composition suitable for reconstitution with a liquid vehicle. Methods of making and using the compositions are also disclosed.
