[origin: WO2018115178A2] The invention relates to a delay unit for an unrolling device, said delay unit being designed to delay a conveying movement of the separation material, which unrolls from the unrolling device and is provided in a cutting area of a cutting machine. The delay unit comprises pressure generating means for exerting pressure onto the separating material. The invention also relates to a unrolling device comprising the claimed delay unit, a cutting machine comprising the claimed unrolling device and to a method for providing the separating material.
