When using the rowing machine to do a rowing training, the exerciser sits on the cushion (4) with feet stepping on the footrests (10), and uses hands to pull the first pulling handle (3) to do exercise; and the exerciser can also pull the second pulling handle (12) to do a comprehensive exercise.
