Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2018127327A1] Cleaning vehicle for tunnels having a travel drive (13), a washing liquid container (8), and a cleaning unit (1) which is connected to the washing liquid container (8) via supply lines (5) and which has cleaning brushes (3) and cleaning nozzles (4) for discharging the washing liquid against the tunnel inner wall, in which method it is proposed that there be provided a suction unit for the contaminated washing liquid that is connected to a sedimentation container (6) for precleaning the contaminated washing liquid, and the sedimentation container (6) is connected via a feed line (9, 15) for the precleaned washing liquid to a processing unit (11) for the precleaned washing liquid that comprises a flocculation stage (16) and a sedimentation stage (17) downstream of the flocculation stage (16), and a return line (10) for returning the cleaned washing liquid from the processing unit (11) into the washing liquid container (8) is provided. The cleaning vehicle according to the invention thus provides not only for the collection and processing of the contaminated washing liquid but also for the reuse thereof for tunnel cleaning, with the result that the cleaning of tunnel inner walls can be carried out more quickly and more cost-effectively.
