[origin: CN110325897A] A near-eye display system (100) includes a display panel (118) to display a near-eye lightfield frame (120) comprising an array of elemental images (122) and an eye tracking component (106, 108) to track a pose of a user's eye (132). The system further includes a lenslet array (124) and a rendering component (104) to adjust the focal points of the array of elemental images (122) in the integral lightfield frame (120) based on the pose of the user's eye. A method of includes determining, using an eye tracking component (106, 108) of a near-eye display system (100), a pose of a user's eye and determining a desired focal point for an array of elemental images forming an integral lightfield frame (120) based on the pose. The method further includes changing the focal length of light projectingout of a lenslet array (124) based on the pose.
