Abstract (en)
[origin: EP3567180A1] A kit of parts is for flashing e.g. a roof window (6) in a sloping roof with a roof covering (4) comprising flat roofing panels (441), possibly of sheet metal. The kit of parts comprises flashing members which have a generally L-shaped cross-section with a first leg configured to be arranged against a side of the roof window (6) and a second leg configured to extend parallel to a plane of the roof covering (441) whereby the second legs are configured to be at least in part positioned beneath the roof covering (441). The kit of parts also comprises a locking strip (105, 205, 405) configured to engage with a folded edge (43) of the roof covering (441). The locking strip (105, 205, 405) is elongate with two mutually opposite, longitudinal side edges and has a single bend in a single direction between the two longitudinal side edges for one of the longitudinal side edges to be raised from a mounting surface on which the locking strip is mounted, e.g. the surface of the second leg of a flashing member or of a roofing panel.
