Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2018130794A1] The invention relates to a folding piece of luggage (1) comprising: – a first and a second rigid panel (2, 3), which panels are parallel to one another; – a third and a fourth rigid panel (6, 7), which panels are each hinged to one of the first and second panels (2, 3) to articulate between a deployed position and a retracted position in which said third or fourth panel (6, 7) extends parallel to said first and second panels (2, 3); the third and fourth panels (6, 7) defining with the first and second panels (2, 3) a frame that is rigid when the third and fourth panels (6, 7) are in their deployed position; – a fifth and a sixth panel (4, 5) which each connect the first and the second panels (2, 3) and which with the other panels (2, 3, 6, 7) define an internal storage space of parallelepipedal shape; the fifth and the six panels (4, 5) being deformable in a direction x perpendicular to said first and second panels (2, 3), between an unfolded position and a folded position so that, when the third and fourth panels (6, 7) are in their retracted position, the first and the second panels (2, 3) are able to move relative to one another in the direction x between a spaced-apart position of use and a close-together storage position.
