The applying head includes a head (12) and an annular tail (13). The clamp (20) includes a bottom (21) and at least one pair of symmetrical and elastic jaws (22). The annular tail (13) is placed between the jaws (22). The jaws (22) can tightly fix the applying head (10). The bottom (21) of the clamp (20) is fixedly connected to the first connecting portion (31) of the sleeve (30). The fixing base (40) includes a base (41) and a hollow fixing rod (42) connected to the base (41). The base (41) of the fixing base (40) is fixedly connected to the second connecting portion (32) of the sleeve (30).
