[origin: WO2018138333A1] The invention relates to an automatic cannulating machine for automated fastening of a cannula on a patient. The automatic cannulating machine has a fastening device for fastening the cannula on the patient by means of an adhesive carrier. The automatic cannulating machine has a positioning device, which is designed to position a cannula holder of the cannula at a skin region of the patient. The automatic cannulating machine has an actuating device for a guidance means, wherein the guidance means is designed to guide the adhesive carrier on said skin region. The actuating device is designed to actuate the guidance means and to move the adhesive carrier by means of the guidance means in the direction of the skin region, wherein the adhesive carrier contacts the skin region by means of the movement and adheres thereto and at least after the adhering the adhesive carrier is arranged such that it is connected to the cannula.
