The sealing cap (2) has a shell portion (2.1) and a cover portion (2.2) and, in the shell portion (2.1) thereof, has an inside thread corresponding to the outside thread of the applicator base portion (5.1). The output opening (6) of the applicator output portion (5.2) is arranged. offset to the rotational axis D of the outside thread of the applicator base portion (5.1).
