[origin: CA3051788A1] The subject of the invention is a concrete block (1), preferably made of fibre-reinforced concrete, comprising a body (10) and anchor means (2) intended for lifting the block, and characterized in that the anchor means (2) are secured to the body and arranged in blind cavities without protruding out of these cavities, particularly arranged at the level of one of the faces of the body of the block such as the upper face of the block when the block is in the installed position on the ground, and in that the body comprises reservations (14) and/or attachment/association means, the said reservations and the attachment/association means being intended for attaching, preferably removably, or associating, technical equipment that is to be associated with the block. The concrete block (1) is intended to constitute an access-denial bollard and, as a secondary function, a block for supporting and to which to fix technical equipment.
