The iron (3) also comprises a heating resistor (15) configured to heat the vaporization chamber and a heating control circuit (24) configured to control the power supply to the heating resistor (15). The steam control member (21) is connected to the heating control circuit (24) and is configured to control the transmission of an actuation signal to the heating control circuit (24) when the steam control member (21) is actuated, and the heating control circuit (24) is configured to change the power supply of the heating resistor (15) when the actuation signal is transmitted to the heating control circuit (24).
