[origin: EP3579445A1] Embodiments of the present invention provide a signaling sending method, an apparatus, and a system, to improve transmission efficiency and save air interface resources. According to a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a signaling sending method. A base station determines a first precoding matrix indication PMI1 and a second precoding matrix indication PMI2, where the PMI1 and the PMI2 are used to indicate a precoding matrix. The base station sends first signaling to user equipment, where the first signaling includes the PMI1. The base station sends second signaling to the user equipment, where the second signaling includes the PMI2.
